When I enter "windband.org" into the URL box, Firefox 153.0, 64-bit on new Windows 11 system delivers the webpage of "videncorporation.com". This does not happen if the entry is "http://windband.org". Windband.org does not have a security certificate. If the request is "windband.org/oldtowne". the webpage is properly returned.

I need to change the email tied to my firefox account. That email is compromised and the verification method will not work since I no longer have access to the account. If there's any FireFox staff available, that'd be great

Some setting is causing an ad blocker alert from a site I use daily. I do not have any ad blockers. This is a new problem since Firefox has changed some settings.

I have had problems with the latest FF for Mac for a week or so. Not opening. I deleted and reinstalled it, and the problem continues. It crashes my system and I have a spinning wheel that required a hard restart. What's going on? Running Tahoe 26.5.2

Legacy Win 7 Pro machines were just upgraded (had no choice but to run them) and FF performance was fine with legacy laptops eight years old. The FF version was much older. With much faster machines and Win 10 running 152.x, now 153.0, there are chronic chokes with FF. Tab crashes. Videos NEVER loading, chronic rebooting etc. -- it just doesn't seem to ever end. But it's not my decision. However -- the shitte rolls downhill right into my lap because nobody else has the patience. Please do not suggest paid 'support' again, because I would get laughed at, given the chronic problems to date over a number of years.

The "Developer Information" link in the "Developer" section of the release notes page - https://www.firefox.com/en-US/firefox/153.0/releasenotes/ - for Firefox is broken as of v153.0.

2. MDN shows a 404 message, and offers a "153" suggested search link which eventually gets me to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox/Releases/153

I have not tested this for other regions, but without the "en-US" (and possibly other "language-CountryCode" flavors), the link in the Firefox release notes page will not open the Developer release notes in MDN.

Could be an MDN configuration issue if it's not a problem with how links are generated for the Firefox release notes page.

A site I use daily for news suddenly is not activating, but told me there is an ad blocker happening via an extension. I went on privacy and security and extensions and I have not activated any extensions to block ads. This site activation was working just fine before Firefox notified me of "changes" that would not effect my settings. It obviously did. Would Zoom size be effecting the opening of this site. It's just at 100%. I have been trying Gemini to figure out the problem but so far nothing is working.

Similar names for Connected Services make "Send to Device" on Android unable to differentiate devices. The workaround is to "send to all devices". I can change my device names but I don't know how to change the Connected Service name. Here are some:

How can we improve this? Abbreviate Firefox to "Ff"? Use an in-line Firefox glyph? Also, I have a dualboot and run Lubuntu and Windows from the same device. I wonder how I can handle the device name to differentiate which OS I'm logged into.

Trying to remove the mouse-over to reveal the address bar while I am in fullscreen. It's annoying and gets in the way. I tried a previous answer from like 8 years ago but it didn't work. Really wish we had toggles for these things so we didn't HAVE to use them.

When going into Amazon.com on Firefox and navigating to my purchased videos screen (prime video streaming), even before selecting a particular video to stream, the monitor (Samsung LS32B30) starts flickering. As per suggestion, unchecked "Use Recommended Performance Setting' but the monitor is still flickering.

We have been unable to sign into x.com using Firefox. We are getting an error code stating, "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again.". We are also not receiving any text messages when x.com says that they have been sent.

Anyone else having problems? Any ideas for a little help?

After opening up Firefox to continue work in one of my Saved tab groups, I noticed the 153.0 Update window.

All my saved tab groups have been deleted and the tab group options have been replaced with the new Tab container system in the drop down menu. I even made a new group to test and it saved and was accessible but all the important ones are gone. Nothing in the Json files, tried most of the solutions I've read online. none of these work.

Saved Tab groups don't to sync across devices and are local, so surely they should be saved locally on the system.
