I changed my windows and install firefox again, but after I logged to my account I cannot revive my bookmarks and passwords. sync doesn't work for me. I did it several times. but now , it doesn't work.

Hi, firefox: 153.0 Yesterday evening I put 3 tabs in a "group tab" I decided to call "ARS".

This morning I don't see how I can re-open this group tab. Many topics speak about a button "list all tabs". That button doesn't appear in my firefox (even when I have 50 tabs open). I tried the "customize" menu of firefox and "got back to factory setting", but it is still not there.

When I go to the contextual menu of a tab, I see that I can add it to a new container or the "closed group tab - ARS". When I do so for a tab, it closes. (I'm not sure it's normal.)

At this point, I really just want to remove the tab group (because I already re-opened the tabs... it took 5s, fixing the problem is now entering the 20'...) but I don't see how I can do it. It appears nowhere. I even "deactivated the group tab" feature and then reactivated it... the "ARS" group tab still appears in the "closed group tabs" submenu.

My firefox is completely broken and I have no idea why it just happened out of the blue. I open firefox and all i get is a blank screen. It won't go into troubleshooting mode nothing. completely broken. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling no luck I'm at a loss please help. Thank you

I have been using the browser extension feedbro and i really enjoyed being able to plop it out of the main browser window and 'add it to the taskbar' but for a couple days this option disappeared. Is there another way to do this? did "add tab to taskbar" get removed for browser extensions? or is this feedbro related? i am unsure how to test whether the button is missing for other browser extensions as well.

When I open Firefox for the first time after a reboot, it opens my latest tab but all the other tabs on that window are lost, and they show as "ghost tabs" as seen in attached image.

No other issue, other windows are preserved properly when I Ctrl + Shift + N

Hello! Since the latest update to Firefox (153, I believe) my Firefox has not worked. It starts up perfectly fine, but quickly freezes, becomes non-responsive, and needs to be closed. No matter how many times I attempt to open it, the same thing occurs. There’s been been occasions where it hasn’t frozen immediately so I have been able to turn off hardware acceleration as well as remove my theme and disable all my add-ons/extensions, but this has done nothing. Creating a new profile does not help, nor does trying Safe Mode: the same thing happens no matter what. I tried to reinstall the update, but this also did nothing. I haven’t yet tried to uninstall & reinstall or do a Firefox refresh as those are my last resorts and I won’t do them unless I’m sure they’ll make a difference. I haven’t downloaded any new extensions recently, and this only started happening after the most recent update. I’m not sure what else I can try at this point, and am very frustrated.

Hello, After the last update i keep seeing a blank page when i open a new tab or new page. i tried the troubleshooting mode but the same. i need to refresh every time i open a new page.

I have tried restoring my bookmarks using these steps but it doesn't work. Specifically, when I try to select "Choose File" in Step 3 nothing happens. The option will highlight, but when I click on it no window to choose a file pops up. Is there any other way to restore bookmarks using a json backup?

The VIEW tab in my Firefox will/can read some links and articles to me. It is wonderful.Choosing 'READER VIEW' in the VIEW tab. But some it does not. I'm hoping some AI will have this feature.- speaking it to me. Thanks.

Is there a way I can have Firefox permanently offer the option to generate a secure password? Many, many, MANY times Firefox will not recognize that a particular input field is for a password, and therefore does not offer the option to generate one. Considering everything on this forsaken planet requires creating an account now, this minor issue has become very common and annoying for me.

To reiterate: I would like Firefox to always offer to generate a password, regardless of how the input field is labeled or marked up. Thanks!

Hello all, I have FF 152.0.6 in use on Fedora 43 xfce Qubes OS VMs. The only issue I have encountered is when I try to load the web UI for Proxmox Datacenter Manager. As soon as I log in to the web UI Firefox vanishes. I have tried this in troubleshooting mode with the same results. I can open the same web UI in a Debian 13 Qube and it works perfectly. The FF version there is v.140.13.0esr. These are simply the default versions that come with Qubes 4.3 templates. I can also access the web UI in the original Fedora Qube with Chromium browser with no crash. I have also tried a different Fedora qube with the same failure result as the original.

I can use Chromium but would prefer a streamlined experience with just one browser. I thank all of you in advance any thoughts or suggestions. I am a long time Firefox and Mozilla user.

I have a small problem when saving screenshots from google AI. Almost all of the screen I rectangle is saved, but the small section which normally is printed out below the "discussion" with the AI and the enter text field suddenly appears over the other text, up circa a page and a half up from the bottom. When I enter "windband.org" into the URL box, Firefox 153.0, 64-bit on new Windows 11 system delivers the webpage of "videncorporation.com". This does not happen if the entry is "http://windband.org". Windband.org does not have a security certificate. If the request is "windband.org/oldtowne". the webpage is properly returned.

Some setting is causing an ad blocker alert from a site I use daily. I do not have any ad blockers. This is a new problem since Firefox has changed some settings.
