I have been using Firefox for many years. I just used Crap Cleaner on my PC and cannot access Firefox via the emblem.

I can access other browsers without trouble but Firefox is suddenly not working.

Have tried to reinstall but to no avail.

Help would be much appeciated.

I see a notification dot with the number "1" inside, on the Firefox icon - but have no idea where to go to see the notification referred to. Can anyone please describe how to navigate to the notification?

Why do the search settings revert to moderate no matter how I set them? I am using the current versions of Firefox and Duckduckgo on Windows 11. Both are set to 'off', but revert to moderate as whenever Firefox is restarted.

I've installed firefox with pacman on Linux, and I installed arkenfox. It did not work, I tried other user.js', none worked. I've also tried wiping my entire firefox root folder, then using arkenfox, but did not work.

I'd like to be able to see the help page on audible in desktop browser I can still open the help page in chrome but not Firefox and it is annoying having to switch browsers.

Cannot load Etrade website sign-in only. Removed the etrade cookies and it worked, but then after closing tab could not access again. Checked cookies and there was none for etrade. All other links work just fine

Got a bit of an issue. There seems to be a change to functionality of Mozilla's Firefox browser and its affected one of my extensions; Lastpass.

Previously, clicking the jigsaw icon for extensions would show extensions such as Lastpass. If I click this now, it takes me to the extensions page for managing extensions.

I had previously had lastpass installed. But it seemed to disappear without me uninstalling it. This isn't the first time where there has been an update to Firefox and the plugin extensions has been broken so I downloaded the Lastpass extension and installed it again. It now appears in my extensions page. However, there doesnt appear to be any way for me to access it. Log into to it. Nor do websites get the autofill I would expect from Lastpass. So I have no access to its functionality.

I cant seem to find a way to get around this.

I feel that the extension icon (jigsaw icon) has now had its navigation changed during an update where it no longer points to where it should when you click it.

To access Lastpass, I can log in through the Lastpass website but this fiddly and time consuming. Can anyone suggest how I can get The Lastpass icon to appear in the top right of the window or to get it as an option that would drop down where I would normally expect it; by clicking the extension icon in the top right?

Clicking it is currently taking me to the "Personalise Your Firefox" page in the main browser window.

Can someone please tell me how to change the hours for my business website that comes up on a search with firefox? I have changed the hours everywhere else, my google profile, facebook, yelp. Where is firefox getting this data and how so I change it??? my website is soluna massage (location louisivlle ky). When someone searches "soluna massage" in firefox, firefox gives data that is incorrect about my business, specifically the hours. Please help! I am using the latest version of firefox (128.0.2 (64-bit) on windows11. When I open more then one music source, short interruption is done on the music. For example when I am listening musing via youtube on one tab, I am opening another youtube tab. So when I started the sound from the second tab, the sound from the first tab is interrupted for a while (100-500ms). It is not related youtube, I examined that situation with radio streaming channels via start-stop music. The result is same. While playing music goes on from Mozilla browser, I opened music from also chrome without interruption. Also more tabs on chrome do not interrups the playing music from Mozilla (opening more sources or single sources from chrome is not interrupting) The interruption is occurs inside Firefox (between tabs). When I start/stop sound from any tab, shorthly interrupts the playing sounds from other tabs Regards, Murat

I created a Password Generator add-on two days ago. Interestingly, it was approved, but when I added it to my Firefox extensions list, it’s not working. However, it works perfectly fine locally when I use it directly from my files. Could you help me understand what the issue might be? If there was an error or something wrong, why did it get approved?
