I have a question about deleting a Firefox profile. When I access the profile screen via "about:profiles," I see two profiles: "default-release" and "Default User." The "default-release" profile is fine because it displays the message "This is the active profile and cannot be deleted." But is it okay to delete the "Default User" profile? Should I also delete the files in the root directory of the C: drive and the local directory? If I delete the "Default User", will it be deleted as well?

I'm using lasted version of Firefox Desktop and also using Kaspersky VPN. Whenever vpn is deactivated I cannot connect some websites. I just clicked and nothing happens. But if i tried with activated vpn, it's connecting.

I was trying to solve this problem but cant find solution.

PS. I did try on other browsers(Edge and Opera). I just connecting whatever is vpn status.

All of a sudden I Google search in Firefox isn't fully working. I only use Firefox but I tried the same thing in Edge and that works. I can search simple things in Firefox e.g. recipe for beef stew but when I ask for natural recipe for stain remover on clothes for example it just comes up with the word "thinking" and nothing else happens. Having issues with the browser often appearing distorted, text and images failing to load, videos showing up blank etc.

Problem disappears when in troubleshooting mode but after several refreshes the problem returns almost immediately, making using Firefox incredibly frustrating.

I was denied access to Costco website online for certain services??

Whenever I click on the Firefox icon to start, instead of FF, AOL comes up. I looked on my C: program list and it is not listed so I can't delete it. It just started doing this in the last week. I tried downloading FF again with no luck. Its on an old windows 10 machine.

When i try to connect to some websites, firefàx prompts "error 502 bad gateway" the same websites work on EDge !

I'm exploring Steam Deck desktop mode more and I'm running into issues with Firefox not rendering some videos on my personal website. I wasn't sure if it was a Steam Deck, KDE Plasma, Firefox, or an issue with something else, so I tested the same website with Vivaldi and the video played without any issues. This makes me feel like it's probably Firefox, but not totally sure yet.

I've already tried adjusting the autoplay media permissions for the website from the default to "Allow Audio and Video" in case that was doing something. I've also tested in Troubleshoot mode to see if the one extension I have installed was causing any issues and that didn't change anything either. Any other ideas I can try? Or, is there some way to determine if this needs a bug fix/there's nothing I can do on my end?

when i booted up my laptop this morning i notice all of my tab groups were gone. i know how to get to where the tab groups are held, but when i click on the down arrow thing none of my saved tab groups appear. is there any way i can get them back? i used them for art references so theyre pretty important to me
