I recently purchased a new HP laptop to replace my old laptop. On the old laptop I used Firefox as my default browser. I do not care for Chrome or Microsoft Edge. On my old computer I had installed Trend Micro Toolbar on my Firefox browser and loved the protection it gave me on the web. However, since I purchased my new HP laptop I have been unsuccessful adding Trend Micro Toolbar, so I have had to settle for using Chrome. Can you please advise me how to add Trend Micro Toolbar to my Firefox browser?

I am having a problem with Firefox. Some websites do not load correctly and certain extensions do not work as expected.

I have already tried restarting Firefox and checking my internet connection, but the issue still happens.

Please advise how to fix this problem. Thank you.

Onshape starts ok and displays all page toolbars and the graphics correctly for around 3 to 7 seconds then it all goes blank for several seconds and then only the toolbars etc return. The graphics for the model disappears along with the camera view which shows where the model is in x y and z and also the camera does not move with the right mouse button pressed. See pics below:

It also happens in all web pages but the data comes back, Onshape is the only cloud based App I am currently trying to use. I did install a Xerox print service recently and that needed a .NET update (3.5), after that these problems started. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox from the Mozilla site which cured the problem at the time but it has since returned.

When I access the website of UGC ( https://www.ugc.fr/ ) the access page opens up but immediately freezes: the screen luminosity decreases and the pointer cease to function: I cannot acces any of the options: select movies on show, select cinema programmes or schedule, open my UGC account to reserve performances ... Nothing works ... I have tried to reduceprotecton, etc as sugested on Forum and other suggestions: nothing works. I have no problem at all when I open the same website with Opera or with Microsoft Edge ... Why it does not work under Firefox puzzles me. Can you do something about it ? I use Firefox as my defaut internet access without problems for everything else ! This is really strange and most annoying. Thanks for your help.

Hi, I set a primary password so that this is required when I first sign in to Firefox but although the request for the password shows up, I realise I only need to press 'cancel' and firefox is opened.

I’m seeing a layout and font spacing issue in Firefox that doesn’t appear in Chrome or Edge. The page loads, but some elements shift after render and text spacing looks off.

I’ve tested in a private window, disabled extensions, and cleared cache, so it doesn’t seem profile-related. Any suggestions on what Firefox settings or DevTools checks might help?

HTTPS pages are no longer loading. Everything works fine in Microsoft Edge. I've reinstalled Firefox several times – the problem persists. Thank you very much for your help.

I want to make list of sites where i can off pop-up search bar. On some sites you can use custom hot keys (like youtube), but hot keys won`t work because your keys registering to pop-up search bar instead site, so it will be good idea to make exclusion list, like in addon "Dark Reader".

I can't sign in on my Yahoo mail account. When i try to sign in i have a massage "Something went wrong We couldn't connect you. Please try again from a different device." On my other devices everything is OK. The problem appears on my desktop using windows 7 but on the same desktop the Yahoo mail work properly with Microsoft Edge. What i can do?

While playing chess at lichess.org, browser power management inhibit messaging to the system gets stuck on its current status. That is, if power management is inhibited by media playing on another tab while I play a game, it will get stuck in the inhibited state. If power management is uninhibited while I play (no media playing), it will get stuck in the uninhibited state. This persists until the browser is restarted even if all tabs are closed.

I don't believe it to be a system issue, as the problem clears as soon as the browser is closed. Chrome based browsers do not exhibit the behavior for me, but I tried a Firefox fork (LibreWolf) and it has the same issue. I don't experience this issue at any other website I visit.

Only certain areas of lichess.org cause this behavior, primarily playing a game against a human opponent. I tried progressively blocking media and script requests to narrow down offenders, but I always break site functionality before I can pinpoint anything.

I'm not so much looking for a solution (although that would be great) as I am troubleshooting advice. Is there any way to narrow down exactly what it is about this specific website that is causing the issue?
