I did not change anything. How do I find out what happened? I don't see you offer any logs.
PS I don't know if it was YouTube or not Firefox. But I have never seen it before.
It was rectangle with cream white background, black font, Activated was in large font, under it was smaller font. It covered the hamburger and 3 of the icons in your toolbar. It was half on the viewable window page (YouTube) and half over your icons.

In the "New Teams on Linux" section I can read that "Linux users have access to New Teams for Web and new Teams as a progressive web app (PWA)"
