Crash Report: https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/15c189fe-22cf-415c-9188-661ee2130520

FIrefox has been crashing many times a day. Last week it was any time I went to PayPal. This week, it is anytime I go to VerticalResponse.com

I've uninstalled, downgraded, then upgraded and restarted Firefox. Rebooted Removed flash and used the Adobe Uninstaller (so no flash currently) I do not have RealPlayer installed (as suggested by others) IE works fine

I use Outlook.com and have two accounts linked so that I can switch between the two accounts within Outlook. For some reason during the past month, it has hanging and stopping on a white screen.

I'm certain that it is connected to the main problem.

I work from home and use this computer 8+ hours a day.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Steve

hello, some comments on the associated bug report for this kind of crash indicate that it might be related to external securtiy tools or malware that might interfere with the network traffic.

can you try to uninstall the "PC Tools Content Filter" from your pc in order to rule out that it is playing a part in it. otherwise also run a full scan of your system with the programs recommended at Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware.

Philipp:

PC Tools was disabled and not running with this next crash took place.

https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/d7b237ac-e2e0-45f4-8413-f0fde2130520

I do not see an option to remove "PC Tools Content Filter". The only thing I can remove is the full program. I did disable LSP scanning as it relates to the PCTLsp.dll file mentioned in the crash report.

I also run Malware Bytes and it is updated. I haven't had any malware or viruses in a couple years. Other than the problem with Firefox, the computer runs great so I do not think it is that as I have had issues before with Malware and can tell a difference since I'm using it for work.

Thanks for your help.

Steve
