Is there a email or phone # for Mozilla support? FF 11 has really screwed up my computer and I have received no help from anyone in this community.

How do I get help form Mozilla?

No, there is no phone number for Firefox support. Very few free and open source software projects provide the telephone support you get from a program you pay for.

This forum is the support channel for Firefox. What are the specific problems you are having with Firefox and i can try to help you out.

Hello, Here are some of the problems after upgrading to FF 11 1. Folders in Bookmarks open when the cursor slows over them, and I can't get to the folder that I want to open. 2. The cursor will just take over a page, and everywhere you move the cursor the page will move. I have to hard turn off the computer and restart to get out of this problem. 3. The FF icon just disappeared from the icon tool bar. 4. How do I go back to previous FF 10.5 which had worked fine without any problems.

Ok, let's try this to see if your problems can be fixed with just a few steps.

Start Firefox up in Safe Mode. This disables all your extensions and other settings temporarily, so we can see if they are interfering with normal operation of Firefox. If everything works there, let me know. That would mean it is most likely an extension causing the problem, so we will need to disable them one by one until we find the culprit.

Hello, Just had time to respond.

Opening FF in safemode, made no difference.

Thanks, Gar PS: Also, there is no way to organize bookmarks now. After the upgrade some bookmarks just seemed to jump into other folders.
