Lately I've been getting a blank screen when using google maps, also when attempting to view documents,statements etc..

I've been getting blank screens when using google maps, I'll see the map for about a second and then it goes blank. It's there because the mouse is able to identify places. This also happens when I try to access documents, financial statements etc.. 

     Trying Chrome and the map is accessible.  I've disabled my themes and extensions and turned off the hardware accelerator, cleared the cache,restarted with no luck.
