Chat and some widget services suddenly stopped working
As of 21/11/2023, I can no longer use several chat services that had previously worked on Firefox, for example Santander bank and EDF. Plus, the POWR widget has stopped working on one of my favourite websites.... it used to pull in the charity's Facebook content but now all I see is the text and no imagery. All of these functionalities work fine in Google Chrome and Edge so what's wrong please? Thanks in advance UF https://www.aldingbournetrust.org/make.html

The widget loads for me, you can disable Tracking Protection for the site or use Standard protection.
Thanks zeroknight, this worked... but it's a bit weird having to re-enable social media and ad trackers just so I can chat to helpdesk staff??? Maybe Mozilla is being a bit over-zealous :-) UF
Standard Tracking Protection is the default and does not block tracking content like social media and chat widgets. Strict and Custom protection comes with warnings that it may break sites.
