Do you think you could expand on exactly what that means to you? are attachments not opening? Is there an error message?

Most attachments are not opening. For example a .mov attachment will open in my RealPlayer, but all other forms of video download to my designated folder without opening. Clicking on a .jpg or .pdf or .docx opens a dialogue that asks which app I'd like to use to open and if I'd like to use it as my default app (except it doesn't default at all, just keeps asking!).

All attachments want to be saved instead of opening. I'd like to go back to the option also. This is on a Windows PC. Certainly may have something to do with changes they made.
