confirmation email we sent to xxxxxx@gmail.com was returned and we’ve locked your account.
When I try to sync Firefox I get the following error. The confirmation email we sent to oratek@gmail.com was returned and we’ve locked your account to protect your Firefox data.
If this is a valid email address, let us know and we can help unlock your account.
I Have done the following:
1. Checked if the e-mail account is valid and working - it is ;
2. Add accounts@firefox.com to contact list (so it's most definitely not marked as spam/abuse/terrorist attack/etc.);
3. Wait 24 hours - I've waited months actually - And then retried the sync process;
I'm certain Google mail did not EVER return the confirmation email. clearly a bug. How do I get the system to unblock my account. tried logging a Bugzilla - in fact I've logged two now with no response.
