Locked out of Changing some Options
New Lap Top. Downloaded and installed Firefox Browser 80.0.1 (64-bit). I am unable to Edit/select, customize some options. For Example: I am unable to choose to have Firefox ask to save passwords. I can add them one by one when viewing logins and passwords. Its time consuming and cumbersome. Why can I not turn this option on??

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
