Alt gr wipes text in forms
I have trouble writting "@" using FFdevelopper version 52.0a2. The problem arises in fields of some forms, but not all forms. For instance, in the email field of the following form: http://www.ciwf.fr/alimentation/guide-du-consommateur-responsable/ Whenever I try the combination alt gr+0, which normally produced "@", then the text already written in the field is wipped out and replaced by the "@". This does not occur in the standard version of FF version 50.1.0 I wonder why this problem is occuring.

I can't reproduce it in FF52 with e10s enabled or disabled. In both cases, when I type @ in the email field, previous text is not erased.
Can you test with a clean profile: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
Hello! Clean profile does not change anything, but the problem now shows up in firefox 51.0.1 also [edit: I downgraded to 50.1.0 and the problem also occurs]. It occurs in forms only, on the search bar there is no problem. It is in fact the "Alt Gr" key the problem. It acts as a "select all" key, so that erase everything I typped before touching it. Actually, I noticed it happened when I use the "Tab" key to access the field. When I do not use "Tab" (if I enter the field on a mouse click), then "Alt Gr" is working normally.

Note that you usually have more ways on Linux to write special characters if your keyboard doesn't include them like Holding down Ctrl+Shift+U to make an underlined u appear. Release the keys and type the hexcode of '@' (40) and press space to make the '@' appear.
Actually, I always found roundabout ways to write the special characters (for instance I type them in the search bar and copy/paste them in the field), but this is very annoying! I do not need these tricks in other navigators!
