We want to use without safe mode, we cant use proper in safe mode...

our issue is as it is... and

we must have to restart computer, but it is also take long time after hanged firefox...

Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, resets some settings, and disables add-ons (extensions and themes). If the problem goes away, that tells us one thing. If it does not, that tells us something else.

It could be the work of one of your add-ons. Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open your Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control>(Mac:<Command>)<Shift> A)

In the Add-ons Manager, on the left, select Extensions. Disable a few add-ons, then Restart Firefox.

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.

If the problem continues, disable some more (restarting FF). Continue until the problem is gone. After, you know what group is causing the issue. Re-enable the last group ONE AT A TIME (restarting FF) until the problem returns.

Once you think you found the problem, disable that and re-enable all the others, then restart again. Let us know who the suspect is detective.

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Now restart Firefox. Are there any problems?

Did you check for plugin-container processes that might possibly prevent Firefox from closing?

Use one of these to close Firefox if you are currently doing that by clicking the close X on the Firefox title bar.

• Linux: File > Quit

If you use "Clear history when Firefox closes" then try to disable this feature.

I got solution by self and you cant believe that firefox also depend on Microsoft .NET FRAMEWORK

I installed

.NET FRAMEWORK 2.0 Service Pack2 .NET FRAMEWORK 3.0 Service Pack2 .NET FRAMEWORK 3.5 Service Pack1

• • Must Install latest graphics driver which is the best for your system prefer..

We tested on firefox 28.0 version... May be it ok on latest version.....

I think I can be more clear about .net framework version, but i have not time to catch perfect so I have installed above all versions...

This issue was old more then 1 years...... At last I will drop to use firefox but suddenly I found this solution by self....

My issue has been solved... now no hanged.... I cant drop to use firefox... I LOVE this SOFTWARE...
