When watching a movie on Netfilx, every 15 mins. the video blanks and screen saver pops up. Audio continues. Press enter to close screen saver and video continues. This happens all the time when watching a Netfilx movie. Microsoft connected me to Firefox\Mozilla due to incompatability problems with Internet Explorer not being able to run or properly load Silverlight.
