Links from OutLook does not open tab in latest FF browser window

I always have multiple FF browser windows open grouped by functions of tabs I am working with. Until last week whenever I clicked on a link in an email (OutLook is NOT running in a FF browser) I could clink on the link and a new tab would open in the latest FF browser window. It now seems to open at random in any one of the FF browser windows I have open. I therefore have no control or idea where it's going to open and lost the ability to keep my tabs grouped functionally .
