Tab and right arrow key toggling bookmark toolbar

Yes: I am running the latest version of Firefox.

I have no idea what has started this, but normally when you press the tab key, it will move between form options etc. Typing in comments, for example youtube, need to use the arrow keys to move the cursor to correct a letter/type? No right arrow key for me anymore!

So basically, sometime in the last week or so my tab key and right arrow key now seem to toggle my bookmarks toolbar. I've looked everywhere for the keybinding with no luck. If I turn the bar off, pressing tab or the right arrow key just toggles it on again.

This is REALLY frustrating as I'm used to using the tab key to quickly move around screens. Why the right arrow key does the same? NO IDEA.

At this point I'm wondering if I should just fully reinstall Firefox or simply move to Google Chrome (would rather not...) but this is just one of those cases where something small is much more aggravating that it should be.

Any ideas what the heck is causing this?
