firefox is incompatible with my netscape. How to delete firefox?

I wanted to switch from netscape to Mozilla firefox. When I downloaded the software I encountered email problems. I could read my emails, but i could not save, copy, reply. The entire menu on the left side of my emails disappeared. Netscape people said Firefox was incompatible. They deleted Firefox and I was back to normal. Later, I tried again to download firefox and have the same result. Now i seem to be unable to completely delete Firefox and cannot respond to my emails.

First of all uninstall Mozilla Firefox and Netscape both. Then Delete their saved data from Hidden AppData folder. Path-> C:\Users\AppData\Local

Go to control panel of windows !!! Whr u will find a option "add or remove" option !! Click on it , aftr click u will find a list of all installed application .,,, click on firfox n removed it
