My Tabs will not scroll when using the > ...!!

I have a significant number of tabs open and using the > does not allow them to scroll. I can open a specific tab using the ^(inverted), but when I attempt to mouse over the tabs, the screen reverts to the originally ordered tabs displayed and using the > only results in ALL the tabs flickering and remaining displayed

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
