You tried everything suggested in that thread?

• use Firefox to download Adobe Flash (my first response in the thread)
• download the 32-bit manual installer and install it (my first response in the thread)
• uninstall all Flash from your system, then download and install (my second response in the thread)

If so, I have no further suggestions.

• That is not correct. The lastest version is 11.1.102.63
