I am having trouble opening a new tab. I click on the tab and nothing happens. Can anyone advise?
It's like the tab key is frozen. Open to anyone's advice and suggestions.

I think I have read in other posts here that this could be a side effect of the Ask toolbar. Can you check here and see whether you have it, and disable it if you do?
Tools > Add-ons > Extensions
