missing/forward&back arrows/line with-file,edit,view,history,bookmarks,tools,help, i need them

i had them, don't know what i did, lost it & don't know how to get them

Press Alt+v. This will open the View menu. Select Toolbars, and make sure all three are checked (you probably unchecked Menu Bar and Navigation Bar)

From the main Firefox menu select View -> Toolbars -> make sure Navigation Toolbar is checked.
