how do I put a short cut icon on my homepage using Firefox? With IE8 I right click and click "create short cut"
I know very little about PCs and could use a little guidance on this. I'm sure it's really easy but I can not figure out how to do it.

There are some add-ons that can assist with this, either the Create Shortcut or deskCut add-on can add a create shortcut option to the right-click context menu.

Open the start menu and drag the icon to your desktop.
