When you view emails, you are currently using the option to see full headers. This will also get shown in the print view. Use the 'Menu Bar' toolbar - not the Menu app icon * View > Headers > select 'Normal' If you need to enable the 'Menu Bar' toolbar - I do advise you have this enabled because most things you need are no longer in the Menu app icon. Menu app icon > Toolbars > select 'Menu Bar' Then you should discover less data in the Message Headers when reading emails and also when you print.
