In Thunderbird
- Help > Troubleshoot mode
- click on restart
- click on 'Continue in Troubleshoot mode'
Does it look better ?
What theme are you using ? Is it 'Light' or is it 'System theme' ?
Do you use any addon extensions ? If yes, what are they called?
