Thunderbird email stopped working. Deleted account. Now it will not allow email account to be added back. Keep getting error message."email already exist on server!!

Your installation can not be succeed?
Log out of any other webbrowser mail sites.
Try to remove in the first steps all instances and pieces of that account first before you are trying to install or to reinstall the software. At first intemption.
