Machinelanguge instead of English
I'm noticing that messages are coming through but corrupted into what looks like machine language. Please see attachment below.

From the main menu: Try View (Alt-V) - Headers - Normal
The -- at the beginning indicates a signature block, in this case a jpg image file. Do you have View/Message Body As set to Plain Text, as that format can't display embedded images?
I've tried all 3 options under View >Message Body > but none of them resolve this problem. Please advise! thanks,
Does the message look correct when viewed in webmail?
The email contents look normal when viewed on webmail.
I think the issue is with TB. When an email arrives it looks normal, but when I look at the same email later I see only machine language (or web language, I guess.)

Update, this is definitely a TB issue. Once in a while an email looks normal and can be read, but when read a week later I see only machine language -- the body of text is visible, at least not to me.
Can someone help with this? I'm having to go to webmail that I should be able to read using TB!
right click the folder, select properties and then repair.
Thank you! That worked, but now I have duplicates of all my emails. Is there a way to delete duplicates?
