There IS NO REFRESH BUTTON anywhere on the Firefox menu or options, nowhere. Despite the instructions "help" posters have given, it is not there. I have the latest version of Firefox.

A small dialog should appear.
The "Restart with Add-ons Disabled" feature in the Help menu is now labeled "Troubleshoot Mode...".
