restore bookmarks after reset
There is No "Import Bookmarks" option in the upper right corner of my library window

Hey, Go to library>>bookmarks>>show all bookmarks(would be towards the bottom of drop down menu)>>import and backup. Source of this info
Did you create an HTML export file before your Reset that you want to import? You may want to provide more details on what exactly happened in case there is a better way to do what you want to do.
