Big Sur addresss book
I updated to Big Sur 11.1. I have Thunderbird 78.6 - I gather this has caused problems, but the one which has me flummoxed is the address book. For whatever reason, I can't manipulate it as I am used to doing. Is there help on the way? Thanks.

There is a known issue reported in early September with Mac address book and version 78 that is not specific to Big Sur. There is currently no solution to this issue, and no immediate prospects for a solution.
So far there have been no bug reports about address books that only happen when using Big Sur. But is possible for there to be such a problem.

If "known issue" is the same as "my address book is practically useless," I should think someone would be working on a fix. The attached screenshot shows what my address book now looks like. I can't go into individual lists except in "edit" which is not alphabetical. This is especially important in that Thunderbird won't allow more than 100 e-mails to be set at once.
