I recently downloaded the Mozilla Thunderbird 68.9.0 for my Win 10 workstation. When i run it as a regular user it start flickering. But when i right click and "Run as administrator" it doesn't flickers. I tried to start it in "safe mode" as a regular user and it still flickers. Disable all the ad-ons and it still flickers. How anyone has this problem and can tell me how to fix it?
