I saw another complaint about BofA with the same problem. On line bill pay will not work with Firefox. I logged on to Chase with Edge and it worked. It lets you put in the information but when you submit it comes back with a blank screen and never finishes with Firefox. Help

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What are the exact error message(s) ?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

I cleared my history didn't make a difference. I entered in Safe Mode like you suggested and Chase bill pay worked so I did a refresh on Firefox and the problem was fixed. It created a new problem because I use LastPass and it removed it from my toolbar. I can't find my master password and couldn't do a recovery because the refresh wiped out my temporary password for a reset. I know have to go out a create a new account for Lastpass and rebuild everything. I have used Firefox for a long time but right now I am not to happy with them.

FredMcD Thanks for all your help and suggestions.
