Upgrading thunderbird from version 60 to 62
When upgrade to v62 it says the profile is changed and says I need to create a new one. I have a lot ofstuf in the old one! Surely there is a way to transfer?

I think you mean you updated to 68.something.
To avoid the warning you need to start as
thunderbird.exe -P --allow-downgrade
and pick the default profile
