could not connect til mail server lavabit.com; the connection was refused

My Thunderbird regularly does not connect to lavabit.com. Normally it is 11 AM GMT +1 and it lasts for about 20 min. Today it wont reconnect. I can login into lavabit.com with my credentials. I connected yesterday, so no problem there. Win 10, imap.lavabit.com port 143 STARTTLS, smtp.lavabit.com 587

Sounds like Windows and/or other programs are doing an update on your computer or perhaps performing auto backups. Suggest you check your computer schedules to see what is set to occur at that time.
