I can't send message on thunderbird, error : SSL peer reports incorrect Message Authentication Code. The configuration related to smtp.gmail.com must be correct

I bougth a new computer with windows 10 installed and after I made some windows updates and restart the PC, I can't send messages and I get this error: Sending mail failed SSL peer reports incorrect Message Authentification code. The configuration related to the smtp.gmail.com must be corrected.
Somehow I deleted the server, restart the router ... and made the e-mail work again but I still can't send attachments. Finally I tried to delete de account and somehow it worked but until I was able to remove windows updates, the computer restarts and made updates and I started with the same problem again.
Now I get this message and can't send attachemnts: SSL peer reports incorrect Message Authentication Code. The configuration related to smtp.gmail.com must be corrected.
Tried removing account, the date and time adjustemnt, almost all I can find on internet.
Please help me, I don't want to migrate on outlook!!!

Under Mail and New Accounts Copy and paste the information. Do not edit anything.

In Windows 10, the usual way is to type 'Date' into search and select the 'Date and Time settings'
'Set the time automatically' - select 'On' 'Set the time zone automatically' - select Off
time zone: This should have selected by you. What timezone are you using? Where do you live?
If you are in an area that uses Daylight saving time: 'adjust for daylight saving time automatically' Select 'On'
Windows 10 is a pain because there is more than one place they store reg info and not all is updated by the above method. So double check via Control Panel by doing the following.
In bottom search type: control select the 'Control Panel' Select 'Date and Time' I'm assuming the time is perfectly ok. I'm also assuming it will say the correct Time zone as selected by you. click on 'change time zone' Select any other time zone. Ok it. Now click on 'change time zone' again Reselect the correct time zone If required select checkbox 'Automatically adjust clock for DayLight Saving time' Click on OK

First, make sure you have TB 60.9.1 or TB 68.2.2, to work with Google's latest authentication changes. Next, change the authentication for the incoming IMAP server and outgoing SMTP server to OAuth2, instead of 'normal password' (parola normala). This will avoid issues with 'less secure apps', two-factor authentication, app passwords etc. When the browser window appears to complete the OAuth process, enter your standard gmail account password.
