I can't verify my account

I had to reinstall FF, which has always been my default browser. It needs to confirm my email/verify me. I've been waiting over 3 hours. I've hit "resend" 3 times. There is no email from FF. It is not in my spam or junk. I've added the FF email into my contacts. I've checked with my webmail provider to verify nothing is blocked. I've searched everywhere for an answer; all I can find is this: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/im-having-problems-confirming-my-firefox-account It isn't helping. I'm not getting any email from FF. The email address is correct. I don't know what else to do. Thank you.
