crashes after microsoft updates 4/11
Upon starting Thunderbird the computer crashes with the error message "IRQL not less than nor equal to zero" This is the only program effected. Everything else functions normally. Last night microsoft installed 4 security updates.

Try starting Windows in safe mode. If no crash when THunderbird starts then the cause is something loaded during normal Windows startup.
Please post your results
Wasn't able to determine problem. Deleted Thunderbird and replace with different email program. Seems to have solved problem.
