The data on PDF is cut off at the bottom. The settings are proper ; Text Only Zoom is unchecked & Minimum Font Size is None

Thank you!
Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection {web link}

That I don't know. I will call someone to check.
The "pdf.js" viewer in Firefox gets updated in some Firefox updates. I don't know whether it was updated in Firefox 63, but based on your experience, it sounds like it was.
Firefox 62: PDF.js: 2.0.625 Firefox 63: PDF.js: 2.0.775 Firefox 64: PDF.js: 2.0.936
Thank you everyone for your valuable inputs.
