There is no Thunderbird password. You are looking for the password for your email account with your email provider. That is administered with your provider. Most providers have a link to reset a forgotten password on their email help page. If you had used Thunderbird password manager you could have looked at what you saved there. How have you been checking your email if Thunderbird did not save the password and you do not know what it is?
