As far as I can tell, s37.web-servers.com.au is hosted by Servers Australia Pty Ltd., and their recommendations for email settings are given here. What have you set up in TB?

Emails have been working fine for nearly a year and just started getting this issue a few days ago - I have not changed anything so not sure why its happening now.
Maybe you need to change something to match your provider. Do your setting match what is shown in the link?
