I lost all my identification data. Please Save my Soul
I'm desperately trying to join the Firefox forum (which I have not visited for months) and when attempting to reset my password, the two e-mail addresses I submit are considered as already used. This means the site knows me, but how can I reset my password?
I hope someone will be able to set this issue.

Hi Ramelvert2, Your post just worked & we can see it so how may we help ?
Note we have had to do an emergency rollback, some weeks ago; to older Forum Software and that has caused some problems. Soon we will roll forward to the new software again and no doubt will have problems and need to again reset passwords.
We do still have read-only access to the other forum software and previous posts. We should be able to see posts you made, but will not be replying to them yet. If you used a different user display name on the other forum software what was that ne ?
