I'm managing about 10 email accounts in Thunderbird. Recently one has started asking me to sign in, but the links (both the Next button and the More Options link) do not work. Clicking takes me nowhere. I have tried all the fixes suggested in http://mzl.la/1BsOAb5. When I reinstalled Thunderbird, Lightning also asked me to sign in, and those links didn't work either.
