You click copy to clipboard, every copy of windows released in the last 30 years has one. You come to this thread and in one of the Post a reply boxes right click and select paste.

Only way i can send it is by mozilla thunderbird i can paste the required information onto this but do not have an address to send it to the clipboard does not work

you have two accounts on actrix.co.nz one IMAP and the other POP.

As only seeing an inbox is common when an imap account is configured but not able to synchronize with the server I think we can assume that is what is happening.

What is causing the problem, that is another issue.

It is possible that the TLS cyphers used are not compatible, or the setup might be blocked by an over active anti virus program.

Press Ctrl+Shift+J and when the error console opens, clear it. then try and get mail by pressing Shift+F5

What errors appear in the console? hint: Right clicking offers of copy menu item.

Restart the operating system in safe mode with Networking. This loads only the very basics needed to start your computer while enabling an Internet connection. Click on your operating system for instructions on how to start in safe mode: Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, OSX

If safe mode for the operating system fixes the issue, there's other software in your computer that's causing problems. Possibilities include but not limited to: AV scanning, virus/malware, background downloads such as program updates.
