disc image appears each time i open Thunderbird (Mac)

Every time I open Thunderbird, the disc image appears as well as a finder window asking that I put a copy of the file into Applications. I eject the disc image but it comes back once I open Tbird. How do I permenently delete this?

I would suggest you reinstall Thunderbird from here getthunderbird.com
