Can't receive emails
I've suddenly stopped being able to receive emails since the 24th of July. I've tried to use your support articles but so far have found 'tools' but then the rest of the options that are suggested don't appear.

I've been having the same problem starting on the same date. Sure would like to know how to fix it. Was not able to find any help so I tried to uninstall and reinstall but it won't reinstall. Keeps saying I have to restart the computer due to removing Thunderbird. After restarting and starting the install over again the same thing comes up about having to restart over and over again.
