Search bar missing
The search bar is simply gone.
I installed this browser yesterday. Haven't fiddled with it at all.
I noticed that you made it so we can't use Google as the default search engine that is queried when we use the address bar to search.
I recognize that you did this solely because you are competing with Google on the browser front.
And I recognize that this is the behavior of losing companies.
Back on point: the search bar is not up there anymore. And when I go to the customize view, there is no search bar element to drag back up.
Fix the problem and tell me how to replace the search bar immediately.

Hello,
Try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, resets some settings, and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).
If Firefox is open, you can restart in Firefox Safe Mode from the Help menu:
- Click the menu button , click Help and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled.
If Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Safe Mode as follows:
- On Windows: Hold the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
- On Mac: Hold the option key while starting Firefox.
- On Linux: Quit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox -safe-mode
(you may need to specify the Firefox installation path e.g. /usr/lib/firefox)
When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "Start in Safe Mode" - NOT REFRESH!
If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, theme, or hardware acceleration. Please follow the steps in the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article to find the cause.
To exit Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.
Please also see Use the Search bar in Firefox and manage search engines to change the search engine to Google etc.
If your question has been resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know.

There was an extension conflict.
Is there really no way to simply have the address bar search use Google instead of Yahoo?
Are you guys seriously that shady that you won't even let us do this?
Just answer yes or no. I don't need an explanation.
Either we can do it.. or you're too shady to let us do it.
If the former, tell me how.
If the latter just respond "too shady" and I'll uninstall.
