'Reply to Sender' only works with some emails. For example, with emails that appear to be identical except for the user name one will work OK with Reply To Sender and the next will not. For example, using Reply To Sender with gggggx@aol.com will work fine, but trying Reply To Sender with ggggy@aol.com doesn't work. I just get a blank email page with nothing on it. I have a laptop and a desktop and they both have the same problem. I've tried all of the suggestions for making changes in the various sections of the Tools Menu but nothing works. Email works fine in IE. I'm running Win7.
