Whenever I sign into my YouTube account to watch videos, they never load, therefore I can't watch them. However, once I sign out of my account, suddenly all the videos start playing like there was no problem. What gives?

I'll try to be as detailed as possible. I log into Youtube, step 1. I click on any video on Youtube, step 2. After clicking on a video, all I see is the never ending motion of the loading circle in the black screen and after a few minutes, I get this "An Error Occured. Please Try Again Later" message, step 3. Keep in mind that this ONLY happens when I'm logged into my YouTube account. Now, here is the weird part. When I log off my account, I click on any video available and to my surprise, the video loads instantaneously and with no problems whatsoever. Me, trying to make sure I'm not crazy, log back in with my account thinking the problem is solved and I click on another random video and guess what: the video doesn't work. I'm not sure what it is that I'm doing wrong or what the computer is doing wrong but I smell something very fishy going on.
