My shortcut takes me to a page that doesn't have the old firefox tool bar or direct access to my bookmarks.

I now get a full page that has the google search page that fills the entire screen and I don't have access to the normal firefox toolbar or my site tabs.

Hi Papa66,

I'm assuming you recently upgraded? First thing I would check is to see if you are in fullscreen mode. Try hitting F11 since it looks like you are on a Windows computer. This toggles fullscreen mode. If that doesn't help, do you have the Firefox menu in the upper left hand corner of the screen? In the new version of Firefox, all the same items are there. They have just moved a few things around. If you would like a more familiar look, go to Firefox > Options > Menu Bar. This show all of the menus again across the top of the screen.

You should also take a look at this article with common questions after upgrading. There is a lot of useful information in there.

Hopefully this helps!
